SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Skar fashion feels committed till your favorite product reaches you at the right time. Any order with value greater than Rs. 999/- is shipped free of cost. The products are shipped as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation; however, you need not worry if it’s a bit late.

Skar fashion guarantees to hand over the consignment to registered courier company / postal authorities within maximum 3 to 7 working days from confirmation of order depending upon the distance and location. We make a point that every product is genuine and thenceforth ownership responsibility of the product during transit is taken by Logistics company. In case of any stock issues we will refund the full amount within a week time.

Delivery is made to the registered address as per the credit card unless specified at the time of order. All the items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. We try to ship all your items together unless there is a special condition to ship separately due to the nature and availability of the product chosen.

Domestic buyers get their orders through speed post / registered courier company. Orders are shipped as per agreed delivery date or within maximum of 15 days from date of confirmation of order. Rare delays in delivery may be subject to norms of Courier Company / post office

REFUND POLICY

If you have purchased Polo & round neck online, the following policy is in effect:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn garment with the original tags attached with original packaging along with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@skarfashion.com

Non-refundable articles :

There are no returns on custom print or embroidery orders. All sales are final. No return on innerwear.

Though we check the products before shipping, we request customers also to check the merchandise as soon as received for any visible defects or manufacturing errors so that refund or exchange can happen quickly ensuring mutual satisfaction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are always glad to help our customers gain an ultimate satisfaction for each of their purchase. Each and every product that is dispatched from Skar Fashion Polo is absolutely genuine.

But if you find any of the product damaged or if it differs from the original order then it is the right opportunity for us to help you. All that you have to do is drop a mail to support@SkarFashion.com or make a call to +91 1234567890. Kindly notify us about the defect of the product within 48 hours of delivery.

In case of returns, we credit you the amount paid for the products as cash back into your Skar Fashion’s cashback account or as coupon for the same value. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

Kindly ensure that the products are certainly in UNUSED condition with the invoice, original price tags, labels and corresponding receipts.

Return is made with adequate packing to avoid further damage.

Returns would be accepted only if we receive details of dispatch (Courier name, Date and Air Way Bill No) within 10 days from the date of delivery.
